Studio origins

Crafted slowly in our sunlit workshop

Founded by studio potter Maya Vance, Terracotta & Grain brings deliberate, mindful craft into everyday routines through honest, natural materials.

Honest materials

Slow ceramic throwing and natural unbleached fibers

We source local stoneware clay and organic unbleached linen for all production, ensuring every piece carries the unhurried touch of the maker. Our wheel-thrown and hand-stitched process rejects industrial speed in favor of lasting quality and quiet beauty.

No two batches are identical, and that subtle variation in surface glaze and weave is precisely where the soul lives. We shape every item slowly, letting natural textures take center stage in your home.
